It’s so simple to find out how much money you’ve spent on League of Legends. But do you really want to know?

While we all know that League of Legends is a free to play game, there is almost no way around spending at least a little bit of money, right? Riot releases brand-new skins every two weeks and even though there are over 160 champions, some skins are just must-buy options.

Thankfully, Riot has created a tool with which players like you, or I can see just how much money we’ve spent. Some players choose to live in bliss, while others, like myself, have to click to find out.

Let’s be real, League of Legends has some of the best skins in any game. There are also some pretty rare ones that can boost your account's value to the moon. With there being so many different skins, and different price tags for skins it’s interesting to find out how much money someone might have spent.

So, let’s go over the simple way of how to figure out how much money you have spent in League of Legends:

Go to the official Riot Support Page

  1. Click on “Submit a Ticket” at the top of the page
  2. Choose “Account Management, Data Requests, or Deletion”
  3. Under “Inquiry” pick “Formal Personal Data Request”
  4. Choose “I want to know how much money I’ve spent with Riot Games”
  5. Click on “Show Me The Money”

Once you’ve clicked on “Show Me The Money” you might have to wait a moment or two for everything to load. Just be patient, and then you can see how much money you have spent on the game.

Riot used to have a specific website for players to check how much money they’ve spent, but the site has deactivated, which is why players now need to go through the ticket submission – though without ever submitting a ticket – to find out the money they’ve spent.

What Can You Spend Money on in League of Legends?

There are a lot of different things you can spend money on in League of Legends. Of course, most players will purchase skins for champions, but you can also spend money on multiple other cosmetics in the game.

Not only can you spend money on content in League of Legends, but also on content for Teamfight Tactics, which is also part of the LoL client. So, let’s quickly check what you can spend money on in League of Legends:

  • Champion Skins
  • Champions
  • Champion Skin Chromas
  • TFT Little Legend Eggs
  • TFT Arenas
  • League of Legends Battle Pass
  • TFT Battle Pass
  • League of Legends Chests
  • League of Legends Orbs
  • Ward Skins

With so many different things to spend money on it’s no wonder that Riot Games is a million-dollar company.

All Skin Tiers in League of Legends

Spending money in League of Legends is so easy, especially with how good the skins look. If your main champion finally receives a new skin, of course you’re going to buy it even if it is considered a legendary skin. But, what does “legendary” even mean in this case?

League of Legends has multiple skin tiers. In total there are five skin tiers in the game with the most expensive being Ultimate and the least being Deluxe.

Ultimate skins are the most prestigious and most expensive to own. They cost 3250 RP This amounts to around $25. There are only seven ultimate skins in League of Legends because they require a lot of attention, due to their high price tag.

Riot does release legendary skins more often, these are the second most expensive skins at 1820 RP. These skins have new voice lines, new animations and effects which is the reason why they’re more expensive than regular skins.

Epic skins are the regular skins that Riot releases these days. They cost 1350 RP and are the norm with some new animations and a new recall, but staying otherwise similar to the base skin.

Riot also has Standard skins that cost 975 RP and Deluxe skins that cost 750 RP.

So, the more expensive skins you buy, the more money you’ll, obviously, have spent in League of Legends. How much have you spent on your favorite game comment below and lets see who the biggest baller is?
