How to Score Easy Goals in FC 25

The ultimate guide to score more easy goals in FC 25

How to score easy goals FC 25This year, I believe that it is much more difficult to score compared to previous FIFA's. From my personal experience, I found it more harder to find the back of the net. Thankfully, after analyzing and digging deep, I've discovered easier ways to score goals and win matches more comfortably. Now, I am going to share different options which that I believe are the best ways to score easy goals, and, ultimately win more matches.

Scoring Easy Goals in FC 25

In this guide, I will share some good tips and ideas on how to score goals more easily in FC 25. These tips will help you consistently find the back of the net, whether it's low crosses from the sides or perfectly executed Finesse Shots. Additionally, you can improve your scoring chances by completing the right player SBC's, utilizing player traits effectively, and mastering the best mechanics of the game. Let’s dive in, and these tips should improve your easy scoring chances immediately.

Finesse Shots

After discussing with other PRO's, I believe the finesse shot is one of the most effective ways to score easy goals in FC 25. By having a player with a finesse shot+ playstyle, you can find the net from almost anywhere in the oppositions half. The finesse shot technique is easy to learn, and after improving at it, this can transform your gameplay drastically. In tight matches or against low-block defenses, the finesse shot becomes important. By pressing R1 + O, the ball is hit with a certain curve where the ball keeps spinning in the air, making it nearly impossible for goalkeepers to save.

That is why I think it is a game changer, as you can attempt it from every angle near the box, and always have a chance of scoring. Also, if the player doesn't have a 5 star weak foot, there is a high probability of missing with his weaker foot. However, with a 5 star weak foot, there is significantly higher chance of scoring with either foot. When attempting a finesse shot in the box, use 2 bars of power, while shots from outside the box generally require around three bars to hit the back of the net. Also, if you green time your finesse shot, there is a high probability of scoring finesse shots.

Low Cross

This style, in my opinion, is on the same level as a finesse shot when comparing the two. This technique is under used by players, and many don't know what they're missing by not applying it into their gameplay.  The low cross is hit with a unique dip compared to other crosses. When struck, the ball is delivered with a certain dip making it very difficult for the defenders to intercept. The receiving player is automatically positioned in a way that creates a golden opportunity in front of goal.

To execute this, press the cross button twice for the cross to be taken. By pressing it for the first time, you apply power to the cross, and when pressing for the second time, you instruct the ball to stay on the ground. If you manage to master this technique, it will be a game changer and evidently, you will score more easier goals than you really expected.

Lob Through Balls

Another effective way to score more goals is the Lob Through Balls. This playstyle can easily break through defenses with one simple button press. By pressing L1, the striker makes a forward run and the midfielder will lob a pass, giving him a clear shot at goal. To execute it, press L1 + triangle on Ps5/ Y + triangle on XBOX  while the attacker is making the run. To execute it perfectly, time the pass carefully to avoid the forward being in an offside position. This is highly effective in-game and helps you score much easier goals. Given how the game has shaped up this year, this is one of the most effective ways to score easy goals.

Using the sides for attack to create more chances

This year, another effective way of attacking to score easy goals is attacking from the sides. Fullbacks are highly useful when pushing forward, as they provide more options and overload the attack. This forces the opponent to struggle defensively, leaving gaps and players unmarked in the box, giving you more options and chances to score.

The winger or fullback can deliver a low-driven pass into the box, which often finds an unmarked player, leaving them with a tap-in front of goal. To execute this pass, press R1 + X on PS5/ RB + A on XBOX for the ball to travel in a faster pace towards the box. Check out our best formations guide to understand which formation works best with this attacking style.

Completing SBC's Players and Using Timed Finishing

Completing SBC's of highly skilled players is one of the solutions to score more goals in EA FC 25. Players with high pace and shooting provide you with higher scoring probabilities. This is because players with high finishing and composure make it easier to score. A tip for determining if a player is ideal for your team to score more goals, the most important factors to consider are his finishing traits and pace. If the player is a proven goal scorer and is also used by others, this can help you determine if the player is good enough.

Time finishing is a skill that you need to learn if you don’t already know how to use it effectively. If you already know how to use it, time finishing is very effective for scoring easier goals, especially in front of goal. When you green time the finish, there’s a high chance the shot will hit the net, as it is executed almost perfectly, making it very difficult to stop. It is also crucial to vary your game. If you always attack the same way, it becomes easy for the defender to stop you. It's important to attack in multiple ways to stay unpredictable and make it harder for your opponent to defend.

I hope that these tips help you score more easier goals in FC 25. At first, I struggled to score easy goals too, but now, with these tips mentioned, I’m scoring at a faster rate and winning more matches.
